- Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) directorate develops, evaluates, and implements architectures solutions for our customers' largest, most complex challenges across all operational domains.
- We define and develop novel solutions to emerging operational needs, push the boundaries of innovation to establish next generation mission solutions, and chart a course for Raytheon and our customers you will be proud to look back on.
- Supporting this mission are teams driving flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas (sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics and operations), developing tools and methods to evaluate system level studies and visualizations based on customer requirements.

Visualization and Customer Engagement
Section Leader will be responsible for leading a large section of approximately 1520 engineers who support operations analysis programs and frontendofthebusiness pursuits. - These programs conduct a wide variety of multidisciplinary research, development, and modeling tasks consisting of performance metamodel development, military campaign modeling, and visualization of study results.
- The section lead will conduct regular communication and coordination with external customers, industry associates, subcontractors, and warfighter tactics specialists.
- This role entails significant industry collaboration and high customer visibility.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Lead and participate in trade studies, research, development, and implementation of Operations Analysis solutions to support warfighter capability needs.
- Lead and participate in development and implementation of modelbased solutions to support mission trade studies and performance simulations and ensure they meet defined requirements and functions.
- Lead and participate in performance engineering practices and procedures to evaluate work across a wide range of intriguing operational problems.
- Extensive interaction with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, and Technical SMEs.
- Extensive interface with the customer community on a regular basis to share status, issues, and address programmatic concerns.
- Oversee the direct line management activities for the section including communication, performance management, career development, and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate and communicate with other sections and teams.
- Support department and directorate level initiatives.
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Section Leader duties account for approximately 1020% of the employee's time.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of Engineering experience OR an advanced degree in STEM and 6 years of Engineering experience.
- Ability and/or experience leading engineering teams.
- An active and inscope secret or topsecret US security clearance
- Experience in modeling & simulation.
- Experience with weapon or sensor system modeling.
- Experience with campaignlevel models.
- Experience with Rapid Campaign Analysis and Demonstration Environment (RCADE).
- Demonstrate solid leadership skills, team building and outstanding communication skills.
- Experience in coordination and diplomacy skills in collaborating crossindustry, including subcontractors, our customers and with the warfighter.
- Experience in the Defense industry required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Value:
- Master's degree in mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
