Hoffbauer Care and Ernst von Bergmann Care - that's care at Hoffbauer.

We are currently looking for qualified nursing professionals (m/f/d) for our senior care facilities at Hoffbauer Care and Ernst von Bergmann Care in and around Potsdam.

Your responsibilities include providing individual, holistic, and activating care and support to promote the satisfaction and quality of life of our clients.

You will also perform necessary nursing tasks based on specific medical conditions and basic needs, as well as plan, evaluate, and document care processes.

This includes handovers, case discussions, and nursing visits.

Your profile:
You have a qualification as a certified geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional. You have empathy and are willing to treat our clients with respect and appreciation. You are organized, able to work in a team, and make decisions. You can independently coordinate your work flow. You identify with our Christian values.
