Technical responsibility for the managed properties and ensuring the maintenance services agreed upon with our client
Reporting, budget responsibility and control over the services provided
Planning, organizing and monitoring of repair and maintenance work on building services systems and ensuring the technical operational readiness of the property
Supervision and coordination of external contractors
Disposition and professional management of employees Your profile:
Technical training as a HVAC technician / mechatronics technician / electrician or equivalent
Ideally with several years of professional experience
