    Mid-America Union Conference | Rocky Mountain Conference
    Campion Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Director to lead our dining program.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, a commitment to nutritional balance, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

    This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students by providing them with nourishing meals in a welcoming and supportive environment.


    The job description includes:
    Developing and implementing menus (21 per week) that meet nutritional guidelines, dietary restrictions, and student preferences.
    Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including sourcing ingredients, cooking, and presentation.
    Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to ensure cost-effective operation of the dining program.
    Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback as needed.
    Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to all health codes and regulations.
    Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, and students to gather feedback and continuously improve the dining experience.
    Stay informed about current trends and best practices in food service and nutrition.
    Required Experience

    Bachelor's degree in food service management/nutrition preferred.
    Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a boarding school setting.
    Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    Knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary requirements.
    Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
    Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
    Rocky Mountain Conference Wage Information – 10-month Food Service Director:

    Base Salary Scale:
    $4,474.44 to $5,634.48 per month
