JOB SUMMARY The#Certified Nursing Assistant is an essential member of the patient care team, responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care.#

The CNA partners with patients and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment by providing direct and indirect care.

Primary responsibilities will include:

assisting with personal hygiene, assisting with ambulation, and assisting at mealtimes.# The CNA will promote and maximize independence in line with the function of the assigned unit.#
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent required Valid on the State of Maine CNA registry
EXPERIENCE 1 year previous CNA work preferred
