As a cleaning and service staff member (m/f/d), you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas at our guesthouse in Ocean Pines, MD.

You provide guests with the highest level of service and occasionally assist with the preparation and execution of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the smooth operation of daily business at the guesthouse
  • Cleaning guest rooms
  • Cleaning public areas
  • Maintaining hygiene standards
  • Caring for laundry
  • Providing guests with the highest level of service
  • Preparing and executing breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Occasionally assisting with administrative tasks and ordering supplies in coordination with management
  • Actively and creatively contributing to the continuous improvement of services and offerings

You are:

Passionate about guest service and able to convey this enthusiasm to guests. You work reliably and with great attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked. Your people skills help you provide the highest level of service.


In addition, you bring:

  • Ideally, you have previous work experience in the relevant fields of hospitality, gastronomy, and guest service
  • Confident demeanor and goaloriented, independent, systematic work style, as well as high level of commitment, resilience, teamwork, and responsibility complete your profile
  • Enjoyment of flexibility and working in shifts (mostly Monday to Friday, occasional weekends)
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken, English skills desirable
  • Computer skills (MS Office / G-S
