Job Summary
:
NOT A REMOTE POSITION - EARLY SHIFT - 5:00am to 2:00pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-service focused individual to support our customers and on-site technical team. Providing support to customers by answering questions and troubleshooting scheduling issues.


A highly professional attitude is essential as this person will be first point of contact with our customers, managing incoming phone inquiries and will be regularly interacting with on-site Technical Staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone skills scheduling appointments using online software
  • Ability to learn about our products and services and inform potential customers on its functions
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with external customers and onsite technicians
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision using time wisely
  • Ability to take instructions and follow established guidelines
  • Ability to work under conditions that are ever changing with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to maintain accurate legible and complete records

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Prior Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience of scheduling appointments using online software
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and onsite technical staff
  • Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Skilled with phone using online software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
