Responsibilities

Analysis, design, planning and commissioning of IT infrastructures
Support of systems at our customers' sites
Troubleshooting of error patterns
Coordination and coordination of technical issues with our customers
Technical support and life cycle changes of systems at customer sites
Creation of technical documentation
Support of sales in the pre-sales phase

Qualifications

Knowledge of current technologies and solutions in network technologies
Completed technical studies or a comparable education in the IT sector
Sound knowledge of fabric technologies, NAC, as well as classic LAN architectures, rounded off by experience with monitoring solutions
Experience in network analysis, network monitoring and network management
Certificates are advantageous
