    The Patient Care Manager - Hospice will support the Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations in overseeing patient care activities. The role involves ensuring the delivery of safe and efficient patient care that aligns with established nursing, regulatory, and medical standards, as well as payer source criteria.
    • Ensure compliance with hospice policies, local/state/federal regulations, and team practices.
    • Lead the team in upholding care quality and patient/staff safety.
    • Handle problem resolution and investigate complaints effectively.
    • Provide staff with in-services to enhance patient health/safety, educate on regulatory matters, and address any educational gaps.
    • Minimum of 4+ years of full-time RN experience or equivalent is required for this role.


    License Requirements
    • Current RN license in the state of practice and at least one year of clinical experience.
    • Valid CPR Certification.
    • Current driver's license, reliable vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
