About MELISSA PEREZ:

I am Melissa Perez, RN. Over the past 30 plus years, I have worked in nursing. The positions that I have worked are hospital staff nurse and charge nurse in telemetry, med-surg telemetry, orthopedics, post partum, med surg-- renal, diabetes. GI, GU, respiratory, geropsychiatric units. I'm experienced in LTACH nursing and home health. I have been from a DON to a field nurse case manager in home health and am very familiar with the OASIS forms. I enjoy home health nursing because of the 1:1 care and instruction; I love to educate my patients and their family/caregivers.
