Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with all relevant regulations.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Requirements:
- use mechanical measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, scales, etc.).
- read product drawings and measure product according to the drawing.
- use Micro Soft Excel and Word programs.
- read and write English and have basic mathematics skills.
Duties:
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and FDA regulations
- Inspect and test products at various stages of the production process
- Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and equipment
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications
- Analyze data and generate reports on quality trends and issues
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve qualityrelated problems
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Implement and maintain quality management systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to perform accurate measurements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
