Job Summary: Are you ready to make an impact as an Intern? Join us at Core Group Resources and embark on an exciting journey to discover your skills. This Internship is designed to offer hands-on experience across departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Recruiting, and more. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to understand the parts of a recruiting company and gain insights into the professional world of talent acquisition. Get ready to learn, grow with us in a supportive and energetic environment.
Main Requirement: Must Be Awesome
Responsibilities:
This internship is a collaboration between you and us. We will test you out in different departments to see where you best fit and what you enjoy.
You will help on various Human Resources related projects, including assisting with company events.
You will assist with administrative tasks, project management, and the implementation of operational strategies.
You will have the opportunity to recruit for various positions and get practical experience with the recruiting process.
Qualification Requirements:
Currently pursuing a college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in pursuing an internship to help guide you to a successful career.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
