Description

In the "Embedded Software and Systems" product line, you will support a team of experienced Agile Coaches in establishing agile working methods across departments and accompanying various transformation projects in the "Operations & Projects" field at Union Star. In addition to targeted training and personal development in Agile Coaching and Change Management, we offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic team with flat hierarchies and diverse tasks in an international environment.

It is important to us that you get to know working at Union Star on site. In order to balance your studies and work, we offer the possibility of mobile work after individual coordination, depending on the specific tasks. Please note that pure remote work is not possible.

Your Profile

Studies in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Computer Science or a comparable field
Basic programming skills in Python, C#
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ideally experience with JIRA, SharePoint, miro and moderating meetings and workshops
First practical experience and enjoyment of working in an agile environment is desirable
You are proactive, enthusiastic and have a structured and goal-oriented way of working
You demonstrate team spirit and are communicative when dealing with different target groups
Good German and English skills
