Job Description

Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.

Secure items from stock to fill shipping orders, assembly orders, and shop work orders.
Deliver to appropriate location.
Package and prepare material for shelf storage or shipments.
Maintain warehouse shelves and racks with inventory properly labeled and organized; rotate stock where necessary based on expiration dates.
Perform all material movement updates in SAP system. Scan and catalog documentation associated with inventory receipts and shipments.
Communicate status of jobs via email and/or messaging to stakeholders.
Operate forklift as necessary to unload or load incoming or outgoing freight, stack pallets and containers of material.
Keep all shelves, racks, pallets and containers properly labeled with part numbers of material stored on or within them.
Inform production control of any stock outs.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Computer literacy
Fluent in English (Speak, Write, and Read)
