- 1 year experience supporting/participating in an AS9100/ISO9001 audit.
- 1 year in first article inspection
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Experience collaborating with a team of technicians and engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell

will report directly to our Sr. Quality Manager, and you will work on site at
our Minneapolis, MN location. Your diligence and commitment to quality will
contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our
business.
In this role, you will impact the success of our quality operations by
providing quality support and technical expertise to ensure smooth production
processes and timely delivery of products.
In this role, you will have a
significant impact on our Aerospace business unit by leading quality
inspections, conducting first article inspections, participate in audits, and
implementing corrective actions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams
to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. Your
strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in
identifying and resolving quality issues.
