Desired Skills & Qualifications

Michigan Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Categories 3A, 3B, & 6 mandatory)
1 Year of commercial lawn care experience, including operation of rideon spreader
Possess a chauffeur's driver's license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire
Experience driving a truck w/ trailer
Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties
The capacity to work independently or with a crew
General working knowledge of proper lawn and landscape management practices, including basic grass, weed, & disease identification
Flexible attitude open to helping in other areas of the business when needed
Ability to lift 50 pound bags of fertilizer
