Current Resume 2. Cover Letter 3. Attach proof of holding a Masters Degree (unofficial transcripts showing degree & conferment/graduation date) 4.

Copy of Valid California Board of Behavioral Sciences registration in one of the following:

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

Professional Letters of Recommendation from current/former supervisors/coworkers - ALL letters MUST have physical (wet) signature and be DATED within one year - digital/typed signatures not accepted Desired Qualifications: 1.

One (1) year experience working with a Special Education Local Plan Area or school district operations 2. Experience in Medi-Cal Charting 3. Experience in the behavioral health plan process 4. One (1) year experience working with children in a designated age group in a therapeutic setting.

Candidates selected for appointment are required to be fingerprinted in our office at the employee's expense and must receive DOJ and FBI clearance before beginning work.

Employees must be physically and mentally able to perform the essential duties of the position without hazard to themselves or others.

Certification (LMFT, LCSW and/ or LCP, LCPC)
Copy of Transcript (Master's Degree (transcripts must show degree & graduation/conferral date))
Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) Current, Professional Letters of Recommendation from current/former supervisors/coworkers. ALL letters must have a physical (wet) signature and dated within one (1) year)
