Our client is an innovative technology company.

Due to strategic growth, we are currently seeking a Team Leader for Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) for production in the Munich area.

Your responsibilities:
Managing a team of approximately 10 employees in terms of technical and disciplinary aspects
Planning personnel deployment and production processes
Responsible for final assembly, including end-of-line testing for quality, cost, and deadlines, in close coordination with the department
Continuous development of the department, product, and processes
Training and further qualification of employees

Your profile:
Completed training as an electrician/mechatronics technician or technician/master
Experience in production, particularly in the electronic field
Ideally, first experience in employee management
IT affinity, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Negotiable German and good English skills
