- Conduct, formulate, and lead efforts in developing novel test methods and metrics for assessing robotic IT systems, such as operator control units, human-machine interfaces, and data acquisition systems.
- Develop and validate test methods realized in physical/simulated environments and develop and implement real-time data acquisition/analysis techniques for evaluating the effects of software/hardware changes on robotic IT system performance.
- Plan project research activities/resources, set directions, execute deliverables, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as technical point of contact and project leader to staff/contractors in performing strategic planning activities in robotic IT performance.
- Lead, manage, and guide efforts within national disaster investigations for data-management software procurement, searching visual evidence and adding metadata, collecting/managing field data, and guiding forensic data recovery efforts.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders and serve as subject matter expert to senior research leaders in testing methodology for robotic IT.
- Lead efforts to standardize test methods for the benefit of US industry.
