Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of individuals
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times
  • Conduct surveillance through CCTV systems
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms
  • Enforce property regulations and guidelines
  • Assist in managing access control systems
  • Provide assistance during special events or emergencies
  • Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary

Requirements:


  • Experience in surveillance, CCTV monitoring, or related fields is a plus
  • Strong conflict management skills
  • Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
