To strengthen our customer service, we are looking for a dedicated colleague who enjoys a varied job

Your tasks:

Personal consultation of our customers by phone, email and chat (inbound)
Processing of customer returns (issuing credits, making suggestions, solving problems)
Support of the store team and logistics: we work hand in hand Your profile:
Completed vocational training, ideally a commercial apprenticeship in the textile or sports retail sector
Experience in selling jeans, men's or women's clothing
Team player with a strong customer orientation and enjoyment of working with people
Balanced, cheerful and able to handle stress well.
