    **Position Title:** Inventory Control Associate

    **Location:** 2911 Dow Ave, Tustin CA 92780

    **Summary/Contribution of Position:**

    Zymo Research is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Inventory Control Associate. This position is within a fast-paced company and provides the opportunity to work in a team environment. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task, have strong computer knowledge, customer service experience, and good communication skills.

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

    Maintain accurate real-time inventory through scheduled and as needed cycle counts

    Coordinate disposition of materials with guidance from the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams

    Organize and maintain in bound shipping documentation, including COA and SDS documents

    Act as on-site receptionist for building by greeting visitors and receiving mail

    Performs clerical work including filing, organizing, and scanning documents

    Assist other departments as needed, including accounting, manufacturing, and customer service

    **Skills and Experience:**

    Attention to detail

    Strong communication skills

    Strong organizational skills

    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    Experience with Microsoft Office

    Experience with an ERP system
