Key Responsibilities. In this key position at the holding level, you will share responsibility with the CEO for the operational management and strategic development of the group. You will make smart decisions about investments and product development, and utilize synergies between the different companies to increase efficiency. A major focus of your role will be to optimize individual production processes and the overall production flow. In addition, you will be responsible for repositioning the market and leading the sales team. You will tap into product and market potential and drive the development of new sales opportunities. The value-oriented and motivating management of subordinate executives and employees completes the profile. Overall, the goal is to lead the company into the future while preserving its medium-sized, responsible soul.
