Real Estate Management and Central Services Officer (m/f/d)

Cologne / Part-time (up to 30 hours per week) / Permanent / Starting immediately

As a reliable employer, SKM Cologne employs around 750 people at various locations in Cologne. Our real estate management team oversees a growing portfolio of properties, including 50 special properties (e.g. day care centers, rehabilitation facilities, addiction counseling centers) and 25 rental properties with housing for around 200 clients, as well as various construction and development projects. In a team of 12 employees, you can contribute and implement your ideas creatively. We value flat hierarchies, open communication, and having fun at work.
