Overview:
Terra Sole has been installing custom landscaping in Yavapai County for over 14 years. With expertise in designing custom landscapers, they bring clients' dreams to life. Our services include grading, pavers, lawns, fire features, outdoor kitchens, irrigation and more. Join our team and contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces
Duties:
- 30 hours a week
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute landscaping projects
- Utilize construction estimating software for accurate project cost estimation
- Oversee project build process, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors for materials and services
- Implement cost control measures to maintain project budgets
- Manage project documentation using tools like Stacked for efficient recordkeeping
- Compile and download plans, specifications, and bid documents, maintain files and organize information
- Attend meetings and record minutes
Skills:
- High school diploma
- Office Administration/Diploma (asset, but not required)
- Strong computer skills a must
- Strong construction estimating skills
- Experience in negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors
- Familiarity with software (Microsoft/Excel, spreadsheets, web navigation and document scanning.)
- Strong verbal and people skills in person as well as over the phone
- Detailoriented and ability to multitask, time management skills.

$20.00 per hour
