For our client, a family-owned group in the machinery and plant engineering industry, we are looking for an experienced and assertive "hands-on" manager who plans, manages, and implements complex plant projects - from the bidding phase to commissioning and acceptance.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and controlling the entire project team and ensuring a profitable and smooth process.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the project team
  • Regular monitoring of projects regarding progress, resources used, target/actual deviations, achievement of project goals, and profitability

  • Optimization of project management processes, project management manual, IT systems, applications, and tools, and identification of potential for improvement
