Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain optimal staffing levels, expedite recruitment for open roles, and devise strategies for difficulttofill positions.
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
  • Manage applicant data within our tracking system.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including background and reference checks, paperwork, and orientation scheduling.
  • Engage in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Handle heavy phone duties for prescreening and interview arrangements.
  • Work from our main office in Willimantic, attend events across Connecticut, and have the flexibility to work from home.
  • Offer administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance are essential.

Compensation:

Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $21 to $24 per hour.
