For our Service Center division, we are looking for a Service Manager for Self-Service Systems (m/f/d) at our Hannover, Münster, or Frankfurt am Main location, starting as soon as possible.

Note: The department is currently only located in Hannover.

Your tasks:

  • Assuming responsibility for the business relationship with a designated customer base (Sparkassen) in the area of self-service systems
  • Receiving, analyzing, consulting, and solving customer inquiries
  • Participating in the provision of solutions according to the contractually agreed service level
  • Incident and recovery management for disruptions and errors in accordance with the contractually agreed service level
