- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state or must complete state-required training and evaluation program within four (4) months of hire.
- Ability to establish good relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Consistent attendance record.
- Compliance with local health regulations and passing a post-job-offer health assessment.
- Physical and sensory abilities (with or without assistive devices): walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine motor skills, pushing and pulling, good hearing and response, reading and writing proficiency, effective verbal and written communication with residents and colleagues, ability to stay calm under pressure, and sensory perception of smells, tastes, and temperatures.

Role:
Reporting to the Charge Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care to residents and helps maintain a positive environment for them. This involves assisting residents with daily activities, recreational programs, and meals as required.
