- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) status in good standing with the state or completion of state-mandated training and evaluation program within four (4) months of employment.
- Ability to establish positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Dedicated to regular attendance.
- Compliance with all local health regulations and successful completion of a post-employment health assessment.
- Physical and sensory capabilities (with or without mechanical assistance): walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine motor coordination, pushing, pulling, auditory responsiveness, reading, writing, verbal and written communication with various parties, ability to stay composed under pressure, and sensory acuity of smells, tastes, and temperatures.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Charge Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing direct resident care duties and aiding in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents. This involves assisting residents with daily activities, recreational programs, and meals as required.
