We are looking for you to strengthen our team in Berlin, Hanover, Leipzig, Munich, Konstanz, Passau or, if suitable, in a home office.

As a member of our customizing team, you will be working in various areas for our clients: advising, conducting parameterization projects and order work, creating reports and analyses, and training administrators. You enjoy using your interface knowledge from IT, medicine, and management, have a passion for SQL databases, and feel comfortable in customer communication? What to Expect with Us

You will be responsible for the commissioning and customer-specific customization of modules of our hospital information system (M-KIS) and our specialized software solutions for intensive care units and anesthesia documentation (M-PDMS)
You will be responsible for implementing solutions developed together with our clients and consultants using configuration tools and database programming
You will conduct analyses as part of 2nd/3rd level support requests for software malfunctions
Participation in internal and external administrator training as a speaker is also part of your job
