Switchboard OperatorDept of Children and Families-Boston/Washington St-600 Washington St-6th Floor
Contract: 3 months, can extend
Onsite, 5 days a week
Rate: 17.60/hr
Main switchboard operator for the Department of Children and Families
Staffs Central Office switchboard; answer telephone calls; refer callers to appropriate department staff.
- Provides routine information concerning agency office locations, programs, and services.
- Performs typing, word processing and data entry duties as required.
