This is a 60 m2 apartment located in Summertown, GA. It currently has 2 bedrooms and I need to create a third one, as well as a space for a mini office. This will require moving walls to make room for the third bedroom. Additionally, I would like to relocate the kitchen door to improve the layout and make space for a 45cm dishwasher. I would also like to install parquet flooring throughout the apartment, except for the kitchen and bathroom which I would like to keep as they are, and the entrance and master bedroom where I would like to have hydraulic flooring.
