We're a small, family-owned business with a worldwide sales footprint looking for someone with a broad skill set.The Assembly Technician completes repairs, quality checks, and testing with accurate and timely documentation following RH Systems and/or customer supplied policies and procedures.
They are expected to take a proactive role in supporting the RH Systems team and in providing client support. In addition, they are expected to build a high level of trust with internal and client personnel. This trust is developed through consistently upholding RH Systems values and demonstrating Honesty, Integrity, Pride, Accountability, Teamwork, and Commitment.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Completes repairs in a safe, timely, and accurate manner following RH Systems or customer supplied policies and procedures.
- Responsible for proper handling and maintenance of RH Systems and customer's equipment, including testing and standards equipment.
- Maintains a neat and professional work area and projects a professional image at all times.
- Is attune to potential new opportunities for RH Systems and communicates this to RH Systems management.
- Installs, assembles and inspects all electronic components being used for product assembly, per assembly instructions.
- Ability to assemble the subcomponents together to create a large finished good assembly per engineering or assembly instructions
- Use proper tooling and assembly instructions when performing your job
- Good hand eye coordination is important in this function
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Identify and notify our Quality team of potential defects or nonconforming material
- Follows written work instructions maintaining the ability to interpret & assemble multiple mechanical assemblies on the Production Floor and perform basic troubleshooting
- Identifies project supply and equipment needs and conveys to the appropriate resource to ensure availability.
- Works to understand client needs and requirements through effective communication and develops client relationships through excellent customer service. Ensures customer request are conveyed to the appropriate RH Systems management resource and are met in accordance with management direction
EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Selfmotivated and able to be productive with mínimal supervision
- Experience in appliance/electronics repair (preferred)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to read, write, speaks and understands English fluently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use common tools and test equipment as required.
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand, talk or hear; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, feel, operate objects, tools or controls.

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
