Your Role:

As the Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you will oversee our financial health, ensuring the accuracy of our records and reports.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, handle invoicing and payroll, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office operations.

Your advanced QuickBooks skills, coupled with your exceptional organizational abilities, will drive our financial processes forward.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Utilize QuickBooks to meticulously manage our financial records, overseeing daily transactions, and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.

Invoicing and Accounts Management: Lead our invoicing process, address delinquencies proactively, and support the sales team with customer interactions and administrative tasks.

Office Management: Contribute to a productive office environment, assisting with general management duties, supporting the sales team, and adapting to varied responsibilities as they evolve.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED, with 5+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, and office management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial recordkeeping and task management.
  • A background in collaborating across teams and solving financial discrepancies.
