Professionalism:

Communication Skills:
Excellent conversational skills and proficiency in telephone communication are essential. The ability to engage clients effectively, both in-person and over the phone, is crucial.


Computer and Office Software Proficiency:
Comfort with using a computer and keyboard is essential. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.


Personality:
Looking for someone outgoing, eager to learn, and proactive in assisting clients, capable of fostering positive relationships.


Responsibilities:

• Providing highquality customer service both on the phone and in person.
• Organize and schedule drug tests for clients.
• Issuance of state required permits
• Manage quarterly tax required filings.
• Creating invoices and processing payments using QuickBooks.
• Performing general office tasks such as scanning and printing documents, among other responsibilities to support daily office operations.

Please be advised that the wages are negotiable and based on prior experience as well as performance.
