The CRM & Operations Assistant is a newly created role at The Lede Company.

As a CRM & Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

You will work closely with Corporate and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our CRM and other administrative and operational processes.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage collection, updates, maintenance, and reporting of client data in our CRM.- Generate and distribute routine reports to relevant stakeholders.- Regularly update and confirm client records to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Become an expert in the system; document CRM processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and training and maintain communication with vendor for ongoing system support.- Monitor data quality and implement corrective measures as necessary.- Collaborate with the CRM team to identify opportunities for process improvements.- Escalate technical issues as needed.- Build ad hoc reports as needed.- Administrative support for the Ops and Accounting teams as needed: data entry, expense management, etc.


QUALIFICATIONS- Prior experience years) in a similar role, preferably in CRM operations or database management.- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Sugar, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM) is highly desirable.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.- Proven ability working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
