    Description

    Caldwell is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to marketing and client outreach.

    Marketing & Client Relations Strategy:


    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.


    • Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and marketing plans/strategies.


    • Actively monitor marketplace developments affecting existing and prospective clients.


    • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities.


    • Attend practice group and client team meetings.


    • Help Partners develop and execute individual practice development plans.

    Marketing Campaign Management:


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.


    • Manage CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) for lead generation and email marketing.


    • Analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

    Content Creation & Communication:


    • Create and update marketing materials such as pitch decks, heat maps, and promotional

    materials.


    • Occasionally generate engaging content for various marketing channels including blogs,

    social media, and newsletters.


    • Handle client outreach forms on the company website and respond to inquiries.


    • Coordinate with attorneys to follow up on leads and client communications.

    Event Planning and Representation:


    • Assist in planning and organizing events and conferences.


    • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and promotional materials for events.


    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


    • Prior experience in business development, marketing, preferably within the legal industry or a

    professional services environment is required.


    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


    • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools.


    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.


    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
