- Manage procurement contracts, including Integrated Clinical Experience (ICE) contract approvals by university Procurement Services, process, and track payments to clinical sites.

At the entry level, duties are limited in scope and are performed with guidance and direction from other professionals and are performed in a training and development capacity.

This position works in collaboration with personnel at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) campus and at the Anschutz Medical Campus (AMC).
Responsibilities for the CU PT hybrid pathway at UCCS are to serve as the administrative staff Clinical Education (CE) Coordinator and to coordinate/manage procurement.
Duties also include working with Clinical Education data with extensive communications, as well as procurement that coordinates/manages honoraria, gift cards, student financial scholarships, and program reports.
Procurement duties will differ based on entry versus intermediate level.Key Responsibilities:
