Responsibilities
Collaborate with our engineering teams to optimize the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes and implement scalable solutions.
Create and drive a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and safety.
Support and contribute to the development and implementation of business practices and processes which enable the growth and ongoing management of our prototype assembly.
Identify and participate in the creation of documentation for the hardware assembly knowledge base.Predict growth and scaling issues (both resource and people based) before they occur and implement solutions.
Drive specifications for equipment that will enable the team to take on new areas of work aligned with business needs and project roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years experience managing 4+ technical resources.
2+ years experience in either a production or manufacturing for consumer electronics.
4+ years experience in a technical field involving a prototyping or assembly line environment.
2+ years experience soldering.
2+ years experience 3D printing - setup, removal, cleaning, maintenance and finishing.
Experience using CAD software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using NX CAD software package to improve or redesign parts.
Thorough knowledge of GD&T.
Experience with standard quality control and inspection plans.
Experience executing test scripts and deploying new software builds to prototype electronic devices.
Experience troubleshooting PCBAs and consumer electronic devices.
Experience in design and implementation of microprocessor-controlled circuits (e.g. Arduino).
Experience troubleshooting and modifying circuit boards and small electronic equipment used in consumer electronics.
Compensation:
DOE
Not accepting any referrals from staffing agencies.
Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
