Sales Team Leader - Inside Sales (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Commercial processing of national and international orders
Preparation of order confirmations, delivery documents and invoices, taking into account export control regulations
Preparation of offers based on the applicable price list
Daily customer contact to provide information on products, prices and conditions
Processing of export shipping and customs formalities
Letter of credit processing/payment security and payment tracking
Organization of exports/air freight/shipping
Support and assistance for foreign sales representatives
Supervision of three employees in our sales team
Implementation and support of process optimizations
Monitoring of key figures, preparation and execution of evaluations and regular reporting to management
