Your tasks:

We are WasserWelten Bochum GmbH - a subsidiary of the city of Bochum. Together as a team, we are there for our guests.

With a total of 2 indoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, and our competitive sports pool, we offer our guests a comprehensive range of sports and leisure activities.

With innovations, new constructions, and modernizations in our pools, we want to set further accents in the next few years around swimming and bathing fun in the heart of the Ruhr area.

In our team, we have a permanent and full-time position available as soon as possible:

Bath Marketing - Event Coordinator (m/f/d)


Your tasks will include:


  • You will independently manage the development, planning, and control of bath marketing and bring in new ideas and impulses
  • You will plan and organize various event formats for our pools and also accompany them onsite
  • You will actively support the implementation of marketing strategies, including the design and development of our market presence
  • You will be responsible for the further development and maintenance of our website as well as the expansion of our social media presence
  • You will work hand in hand with the press and public relations department
  • You will be actively involved in building a futureoriented course management system
  • You will also be responsible for conducting guest satisfaction surveys and participating in complaint management
