    Seeking Technical Support Agent/Customer Service Rep. $24/hr. for our client in Eastvale, CA.

    Job Details:

    Responded to customer calls, offering technical support for our products and documenting the interactions for our records.

    Diagnosed issues through various scenarios to identify the root cause of the customer's problem, providing solutions or arranging for replacements as needed.

    Compiled weekly management reports and contributed to the team's efforts in resolving outstanding issues.

    Documented customer interactions and troubleshooting actions in detail.

    Handled multiple customer inquiries concurrently while upholding a high standard of customer service.

    Operated remotely with autonomy, complying with the employer's schedule and performance criteria.

    Supported customers with a range of technical issues via email and phone.

    Collaborated with internal teams to ensure the provision of accurate information to customers.

    Fostered a positive relationship with colleagues and management.

    Remained calm and patient during challenging customer interactions, utilizing de-escalation techniques and delivering exceptional support.

    Organized and managed data reports, offering support in data entry, analysis, and front desk duties.
