What You'll Do:

Educate & Advocate: Become the voice of The Pack Labs, delivering dynamic in-store demos and presentations. You'll educate retail staff, consumers, and distributor teams about the unique benefits of our products, becoming the key influencer in spreading brand awareness.

Key Account Development: Build and nurture lasting relationships with key partners across your region, becoming the recognizable face of our brand as you enhance sales opportunities and client satisfaction.

Brand Champion: Represent our brand at industry events, local activations, and retail partnerships. Your efforts will cultivate a strong brand image and generate excitement, driving engagement and loyalty.

Market Intelligence: Serve as a crucial link between The Pack Labs and the market. Your insights from customer interactions and market trends will directly influence our sales strategies and product development.

Sales Support: Spearhead new sales initiatives by prospecting for accounts, conducting cold calls, managing sample distributions, and leading introductory sales presentations. Collaborate closely with Field Sales Executives to drive key revenue metrics and secure new product placements.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Proven communicators with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with diverse audiences.
  • Dynamic selfstarters passionate about the hemp and cannabis industry, eager to be the boots on the ground.
  • Organized and efficient professionals with a knack for time management and the ability to operate independently.
  • Techsavvy individuals proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office, comfortable in both office and field settings.

Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel extensively within your territory, which may include overnight stays.
  • Physical ability to set up and break down event setups, comfortably lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Some college education preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Competitive base salary of $45,000 $60,000, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $54,000 $75,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), paid time off, dental, health, and vision insurance.
