The
Associate Product Marketing Manager supporting Upromise will serve as the worldwide steward and champion. The individual will report to the Product Marketing Manager.

Together they will execute product and marketing-driven strategy to achieve the near and longer-term financial goals of this collection of Prodege's international consumer brands.

Primary Objectives:

-
Operations & Partnership Management

  • Management of key strategic relationships with Barclays, Mastercard, 529 college savings plans and others in order to support new member acquisition, current member engagement, and the Upromise brand
  • Oversight of key operational functions including a monthly redemption process to 529 plans, as well as other financial institutions
  • Work with Customer Service teams from Prodege and Barclays to ensure that proper customer service levels are maintained

Metrics Monitoring and Reporting:


  • Implement a robust system to monitor key metrics such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), Lifetime Value (LTV), Activation Rates, Retention Rates, and A/B Testing Results. Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to measure the effectiveness of consumer marketing campaigns, user engagement, and overall brand performance.

User Supply Goals and Campaign Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to achieve user supply goals, focusing on activation and retention across all channels. Work closely with product marketing teams to develop campaigns that leverage seasonal events, drive product adoption, and manage retention efforts effectively.

Detailed Job Duties:

  • Monitor key metrics for each property to measure the effectiveness of consumer marketing campaigns, user engagement, and overall brand performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations regarding MAU (Monthly Active Users), LTV (Lifetime Value), Activation Rates, Retention Rates, A/B Testing Results, etc.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to meet user supply goals including activation and retention across all channels;
  • Coordinate with product marketing teams to produce campaigns that capitalize on seasonal events, drive adoption of the various components of the product experience, and manage retention efforts
  • Collaborate with product and technology team to introduce product improvements and launches that improve all aspects of the user journey; eg,make recommendations to improve or increase user engagement through both front end and back end components, primarily focused around User Experience.
  • Ensure that users in all geographies served have the optimal experience and that products, marketing programs, and other features are made available globally
  • Partner with peers and colleagues within the revenue organization to ensure that the members of the brands they manage have access to all relevant earning channels and opportunities ast the level that is optimal for the greater Prodege business
  • Partner with the acquisition marketing team to can maximize and optimize marketing traffic from various digital channels within produces acceptable payback periods
  • Ensure that proper customer service levels are maintained; driving engagement strategies and being a champion for the brand so that NPS levels remain worldclass

Success in this role is defined by achieving and surpassing user supply goals, evidenced through increased activation and retention rates across all channels.
