If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team for the remainder of the 24-25 school year in Concord, CA.

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborating with other members of the educational team to support student success. This position is full-time for the remainder of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' IEP goals.
Provide direct physical therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and functional goals.
Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
