Student Intern (m/f/d) in the field of strategic personnel development in Elizabeth Lake, CA
Your tasks:
- Independent development of elearning courses as part of the implementation of a new learning management system
- Independent execution of (online) trainings as part of the implementation of a new learning management system
- Modernization of existing elearning courses and trainings using elearning software
- Support in the evaluation and derivation of measures from an employee survey
- Participation in the organization and execution of potential assessments
- Support in daily business operations
Your qualifications:
- Field of study: Digital Media, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Pedagogy, Business Psychology or a comparable degree
- Focus on personnel advantageous
- IT skills: MS Office, Sharepoint; EasyGenerator desirable
- Personal qualities:
- Good communication skills
- Solutionoriented and independent way of working
- Quick comprehension
- Teamwork
- High IT affinity
- Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
Our offer:
