We are seeking a reliable individual for a position as a Estimating Administrator - Precast to join a dedicated and hard-working team in Saratoga.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Obtains, prepares, reviews and submits bid documents
Basic project take-off's
Maintains and distributes bid lists and results.
Organizes and distributes correspondence, addendums and quotes as needed.
Communicate with Customers
Other duty requests as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in fast-paced, independent environment.
Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and within stated deadlines.
Demonstrate ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.
Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing.
Exhibit profound attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with office software, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc. a plus.
Construction industry experience preferred.

Compensation:
Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

Hourly Wage

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
