Position Overview:

Communiboost is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team in New Jersey, NJ.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to promote Communiboost's brand, products, and services across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create engaging and relevant content for Communiboost's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Manage Communiboost's social media accounts, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and engagement with followers.
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with business objectives and campaigns.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to track progress and inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for social media platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences through social media.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices for paid social campaigns is a plus.
