Your Mission

  • You support the KARL STORZ group in ensuring compliance with all regulatory aspects related to the reprocessing of medical devices, together with your team
  • You identify and evaluate regulatory requirements and the status of new products and materials in relation to reprocessing, in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • You assist in the preparation of technical reports and support the approval of KARL STORZ products
  • You also help determine test parameters and coordinate validations for effectiveness testing of reprocessing processes
  • You conduct research for preclinical safety tests based on international standards

Your Talents

  • Completed degree in medical technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field, or completed technical training
  • First professional experience, for example through internships, thesis projects, or working student positions in the mentioned area of responsibility, is desirable
  • Affinity for creating technical documentation and confident in reading technical drawings
  • Experience with CAD tools is advantageous
  • Strong quality awareness and commitment
  • Excellent German and English skills
